NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Personal preference
Ordering the wrong item
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and size guides before completing their purchase.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY
Returns, refunds, or replacements will be considered only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible, you must:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage
Ensure the item is unused and in original condition
Requests submitted without sufficient proof or outside the 48-hour window will not be approved.
RESOLUTION PROCESS
If your claim is approved, Andalusi may, at its sole discretion:
Replace the item, or
Issue store credit
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Items damaged due to misuse, washing, wear and tear, or improper handling
Items reported after the 48-hour review period
Items without valid proof of damage
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is approved, we will advise you of the next steps.
